720p Super AMOLED HD Plus spotted in Samsung's Roadmap

Samsung's leaked roadmap reveals that there are two upcoming devices and one of them will be powered by Google's latest iteration of Android OS Ice Cream Sandwich. The two devices are code named "GT-I9220" and "GT-I9250". Starting off with the GT-I9220 device, this upcoming phone will be running on Android 2.3.3 and will feature the world's first ever Super AMOLED Plus HD display at 4.3 inches, at a resolution of 1280 x 720, featuring a blazing fast 1.4 GHZ Dual-Core processor with an 8 megapixel camera.

With specs like these especially the Super AMOLED Plus HD, it'll definitely blow your socks away - not even Apple's upcoming iPhone 5 could beat this. Could this be the next Galaxy S III phone with its concept pictured below? Its anyone's guess.

Next up is the upcoming GT-I9250 device which is expected to sport a 4.65 inch Super AMOLED HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels equipped with a dual-core 1.4 GHZ processor as well and a 5 megapixel shooter at the back. What's special about this device is that it is most likely to be powered by Android 4.0 also known as Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) and whether this device is the next Google Nexus Prime, sources have indicate that Samsung will be the one that'll be most likely manufacturing the upcoming Google Nexus Prime.

Looks like its going to get exciting in the next few months and I'm pretty much looking forward at what Samsung and Google has in store for us especially the dessert that is currently frozen in the freezer (namely ICS).
