Some lucky guy managed to get hold of what appears to be a build of Ice Cream Sandwich when he bought a Google Nexus S from eBay and was shocked to find Ice Cream Sandwich pre-installed on it! It featured the build number IRK48 and kernel version 3.0.1. I'm not sure if it was intentional to ship the Nexus S with ICS or otherwise, but the lucky chap took a quick 2 minute video of it and sent it off to Engadget for all of us to see.
I was very skeptical at first when I saw the title at Engadget because we all know that you can do some serious customisation in Android and it is very much possible to whip up an authentic looking ICS build with a custom ROM and an app launcher. But there are certain elements that could not be faked especially the settings page in Android. You could add or remove the settings but so far it looks pretty much like the stock one in custom roms that I've seen.
In this video you will find everything that you've known about ICS including the scrollable recent apps that works just like the one in HoneyComb, you'll also notice a different notification bar, app drawer, widgets section and more. I won't keep you waiting anymore, just check out the video below!
