An XDA Developer has just released M3D - a benchmark tool that uses the Unity3D engine - the very same one that was used to develop the hit FPS game - Shadowgun. It is based on OpenGL ES 2.0 with This API (OpenGL ES 2.0) your device can handle Advanced rendering techniques like rendering bump maps and this benchmark app is heavy on the GPU!
Do note that it is still a work-in-progress beta so if you encounter issues or have a poor benchmark, try to report it in the XDA Developer's forum and hopefully the developer will get it sorted. You can grab the app from the source below:
